Policies
Please arrive promptly for your appointment. This will ensure you get the full time on the table that has been allotted for you.
Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours notice if canceling your appointment. You can manage your appointment online when you have a Schedulicity account. If you contact me to cancel please do so via email or text (202-236-5649). You will be considered scheduled until you receive a cancellation confirmation. Clients who miss an appointment without giving 24 hours notice will be responsible for the time reserved for them. If you notify me that you need to cancel with less than 24 hours, as a first time gesture of good faith, I will give you the option to re-book within 7 days without penalty, otherwise you will owe for the session.
No Shows
Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no–show” and will owe for the session time that was reserved.
Arriving Late
If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Please plan accordingly and be on time.
If there are extenuating circumstances (sickness, abduction by aliens, temporary coma, family crisis etc.) please communicate such to me. I am reasonable and aim to be fair.
